NO KINGS THE NO KINGS protest on 14 JUNE 25 was not a one and we are done happening. It was an amazing, record setting, powerful, U.S. and world event uniting people dedicated to defending and preserving our democratic Republic and opposed to the neo nazi, fascist, authoritarian policies and agenda of project 2025, the drumpf / trump-vance administration, and the fascist, anti-democratic gop / greed over people-republican party controlling the U.S. Congress. There is more to come, much more, and we all need to remain committed to continuing and winning this campaign. This from Indivisible, feel free to share with family, friends and coworkers.
No Kings activists, Saturday’s No Kings protest was the single largest protest of this Trump administration -- with over five million people participating in over 2000 separate mobilizations around the world. We followed that up by maxing out last night’s Zoom with over 27,000 people while thousands more streamed across platforms (you can watch it here if you missed out). The No Kings movement is going strong. The most common question we’ve gotten from hosts, leaders, participants, and onlookers since Saturday is: What’s next? Well, we’ve split our future plans into three distinct buckets: the movement continues, take action now, and invest in the long term. Each of these contain the type of work we expect No Kings activists will be excited to sink their teeth into -- grassroots actions and organizing that will directly impact the lives of people across the country, and the world. Here’s how they break down: |

Ready to hit the streets again? Be a part of the next mass mobilization on July 17 with Good Trouble Lives On. Good Trouble Lives On is a national day of nonviolent action to respond to the attacks posed on our civil and human rights by the Trump administration and to remind them that in America, the power lies with the people. On July 17, the anniversary of Congressman John Lewis’s passing, we’re taking action across the country to defend our democracy and carry forward his legacy of Good Trouble. Join an informational call on June 18, June 25, July 3, or July 10.

No Kings is a coalition of organizations who came together to organize the five million strong No Kings Day. All of these organizations are leading incredible work pushing back on the Trump administration’s march toward authoritarianism. Here are some ways in which you can plug into that work right now: |
Indivisible’s Stop the Cuts Action Page: Congress is threatening to gut funding for essential programs like Medicaid, SNAP, education, and climate. Use Indivisible’s tools to demand your Member of Congress stop the cuts. |
Stand up America’s No Contempt Clause Letter Writing: Tell your Members of Congress to reject dangerous legislation that would shield officials from accountability. This bill strips Congress of its power to enforce subpoenas -- take action to defend checks and balances. |
Common Cause’s The People’s Promise: Write a letter to the editor, join a phonebank, or share your story to support a People’s Promise that fights for all of us. Multiple ways to engage each week -- pick the tactic that works for you and build momentum together. |
Public Citizen’s Disappeared in America: Host or attend an action on June 26 to highlight the human cost of immigration raids and disappearances. Lift up local stories and demand humane immigration policies through powerful, decentralized events. |
Medicaid: Stop the Cuts Phonebanks: Join us for a national phone bank to Medicaid recipients to urge them to call their Senators ahead of the upcoming budget vote that would take away trillions of dollars of support and assistance from everyday people. |
Every individual action we take, from going to a rally to calling our representatives, makes a difference. But the biggest impact we can make is through building the capacity to keep this movement strong for the long term by growing the movement. Now is the time to find yourself an organizing home (or multiple homes). If No Kings Day proved anything, it’s that we are stronger together. Join these incredible movements as they continue to build toward a brighter future. |

One Million Rising: One Million Rising is a national effort to train one million people to help lead in this moment and gain the skills to lead others. This is how we build people power that can’t be ignored. You’re invited to join us -- and lead. |

If you’re looking for a handy place where you can find all of these links, check out the No Kings: What’s Next page. No Kings Day was a beautiful moment where we gathered with one voice and let the world know: We don’t do kings. But this isn’t a moment, it’s a movement. That means we need to commit to the continual work of ending fascism and molding this country to fit its ideals. You are not alone. There is a place for you beside us. Get back out into the streets, take action today, and find your organizing home. We will make a difference. We’re in this together, The No Kings Team |
