The Daily Mail has an exclusive on the rampaging incompetence of the hiring process going on at ICE. The nicest thing that can be said about the new applicants at ICE is they are misfit toys. The truth is that most are mentally, morally, and physically the dregs of our society. Veteran ICE agents are appalled by what they are forced to try and train. And it’s a shitshow with Noem and Stephen Miller as the ring masters.
Here is a summation of the types of candidates being rushed through the hiring process at ICE:
- Some of the candidates hired are illiterate or too stupid to pass an “open book test.”
- Some of the candidates are drug users who only get caught long after being hired.
- Several candidates have criminal records.
- More than a few of the candidates have physically attacked or sexually assaulted others at the training facility.
- Obese men have been hired. And I mean obese (468 pounds worth of man for one applicant).
- Some candidates have lied about being in the military (stolen valor).
- And other candidates are fresh out of high school.
What a minute? Fresh out of high school? How did that happen?
It’s easy when you drop the age requirement from 21 to 18. And they have also raised the age for applicants from 40 to 65. Yes, an old man like me can apply for a job with ICE. And I would get a $50,000 signing bonus for this year!
And the physical requirements are so low that they are on the floor. There are no more sit ups to perform! It’s how we got the 468-pound candidate, even though his own doctor certified that he was physically unable to do the work!
Therefore, besides men who are prone to violence and being thugs to POC, ICE is hiring people who probably couldn’t pull a taser out without getting out of breath.
But some of you may be a little concerned about ICE hiring criminals and sexual predators.
In one shocking incident, staff were left shaking their heads when one student asked to be excused from class so he could attend a court date on a gun charge.
Other recruits were even discovered to have tattoos associated with gangs and white supremacists when they stripped off their shirts during workouts.
Reports from FLETC include incidents of violence, disruptive behavior, and allegations of sexual misconduct on campus, most handled internally…
Sources say another male recruit, after hitting the bars, was caught barging into a female dorm and hitting on the occupants. Another groped a woman in class.
'It wasn't like, "oops, I touched your boob",' one source said. 'Nope, he went full on to predator mode while he was doing the defensive tactics training.'
Emphasis is mine. But seeing as our Commander-in-Chief is an adjudicated rapist, the government gives a bear hug to sexual predators.
So why no vetting of the candidates you ask? It’s all because of Stephen Miller. According to ICE employees, Miller is riding herd on Noem to hire 10,000 new employees by the end of this year. Those working in HR have been shown the door if they don’t process a specific number of ICE applicants in a certain time frame. These means little things like WAITING ON DRUG TESTS RESULTS first before hiring have been suspended.
It’s why there are so many, “OOPS!” with the drug testing.
What makes all this worse is that idiot Noem has been bragging about reaching the required number of new hires, even though more than a few of the “new applicants” are trolls or bots meant to fuck up ICE. The addresses for some of those new applicants are false (123 Sesame Street is one example). There was also another applicant who wrote in for what they wanted to do as, “Fucking your mother.”
ICE was bad enough filling its ranks with gung-ho assholes who want to beat on brown and black people. With ICE agents wearing masks, they were quickly being compared to old Nazi Gestapo. But I believe the Gestapo had STANDARDS when it came to their recruitment of thugs. Besides being racially “pure,” I’m sure your average Gestapo agent had to pass some physical tests.
Hitler and Himmler didn’t want some 98-pound weaklings to be torturers after all. Nor did they probably want some 468-pound guy who couldn’t run after enemies of the Nazi state. Yes, Goering could be fat, but the rank and file had to be able to do at least one sit up.
And I know that the Nazis had no love for special needs kids or adults (I’m thinking of the guy who was illiterate and couldn’t use an open book to help pass an exam). Note: I taught special needs students, and I’m not trivializing that serious condition. I have had students who had trouble during open book exams because of a learning disability. Special needs people can be productive and find work, but I seriously doubt they need to be agents in any federal law enforcement agency.
Anyway, I thought you all might be interested to see how truly awful mean, cruel, and incompetent people with power can be.
