Yesterday, D.C. residents were asked to stay home, Virginia closed their schools through the end of the school year, and Maryland ordered non-essential businesses to close at 5 p.m. daily. While a shelter-in-place mandate hasn't been declared for the Washington region, there are local restrictions in place.
