Based on the body language in this video, it doesn’t appear German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Donald Trump got off to a good start. In fact, it looks like someone told him he can’t go to Mar-A-Lago until he finishes cleaning his room and eating all of his peas. Watch his petulant, childlike body language as reporters ask questions. He won’t even shake her hand as photographers shout for a handshake photo. Probably worried his tiny hands will get crushed in her German grip:
Did she give him a good spanking before they entered the room? Looks like it! His body language looks vastly different than it did when Trump greeted Merkel this morning.
Did Merkel wipe this smile right off Trump’s face?

While we may laugh about Donald’s pouting behavior with foreign leaders, his buffoonlike actions have real life consequences for millions—nay, billions of people worldwide. Will the British be there for the United States when we need them if he lobs petty, criminal accusations at them? Will the Irish be there when he mocks their culture? How about the Australians when Trump hangs up on their prime minister? Donald Trump isn’t just pissing off our allies, he’s making enemies. And that puts us all at risk.

Oh sure, I realize that some of you are probably thinking that I'm suffering from yet another serious bout of optimism. But consider this, Trump is threatening to destroy the Republicans...
He will motivate more Democratic voters than any candidate in the history of the United States. The Republican establishment is even considering breaking the GOP in order to prevent Trump from taking it over, by denying him the nomination and/or fielding a third candidate. And if he is attacked as he should be, and mercilessly mocked.
