 AT least with the nazi brown shirts people knew they were being arrested by the reich, the gestapo often wore ss or other military uniforms. They didn't hide their faces because they were proud of what they were doing for hitler. These ice freaks are worse than the brown shirts or gestapo because it is mostly impossible to know who they actually are since they don't wear uniforms, badges or any agency I.D. and are allowed to hide their faces, probably because they know their actions are criminal.
