In-Depth: Willcox Border Patrol agent charged with child sex trafficking, defrauding government 14JUL25

TAKING the risk of being too WOKE about this, here is another arrest of a White male, allegedly a "normal heterosexual" and a person society is supposed to believe is a safe person, one to be trusted to protect us. HE is not a Catholic priest, though many of you may have thought that if you didn't pay attention to the headline. This White male who allegedly committed child sex trafficking and fraud against the government ( and who is innocent until proven or confesses guilty ) is from law enforcement, specifically US Customs and Border Patrol, one of Sec of Homeland Security fascist fotze kkkristi noem's own. My question is, can we expect more of this since cpb, ice and hsi agents are able to "perform their duties" extrajudicially? Video & article  from KVOA NBC News 4 Tucson.....

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A Border Patrol agent is facing more than a dozen felony charges related to child sex trafficking and fraud. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) conducted a long internal investigation, revealing disturbing evidence against Bart Yager.

Yager, 39, remains in custody after being linked to child sex trafficking and fraud. A grand jury has indicted him, and the Cochise County Attorney's Office is prosecuting the case.

In June, federal agents executed a search warrant at Yager's Willcox home. Ring camera footage obtained by Sierra Vista Live captured the moment. Yager was arrested after evidence tied him to fraud, child sex trafficking and other crimes.

The grand jury returned an indictment the following week, charging Yager with 17 counts related to child sex trafficking and pandering, along with two additional fraud charges. CBP's investigation began in September 2023, initially focusing on Yager's alleged misrepresentation of assignments and improper payments. During this investigation, evidence was found that he paid a minor for sex.

According to the indictment, Yager repeatedly engaged in sexual acts with a minor between July 2023 and February 2024, while the minor was between 15 and 17 years old. He also faces multiple counts for allegedly pressuring another person into prostitution.

Ciera Dobell, a former Willcox resident, said she is not surprised by the charges. "Overall just being around him just didn’t feel right, I didn’t feel comfortable being around him," Dobell said. "I have two kids now and if he was still out I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my kids around him, an off vibe I just get."

Dobell hopes for a strict sentence if Yager is proven guilty. "I hope he gets prison time and gets what he deserves," she said.

CBP provided a statement to News 4 Tucson, emphasizing their commitment to honor and integrity. "CBP stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission, and the overwhelming majority of CBP employees and officers perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe," the statement said. "An arrest is merely an allegation. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."

Yager is being held on a $250,000 bond while awaiting trial. He will return to Cochise County Superior Court in August. News 4 Tucson will continue to provide updates as the case progresses.
