ATTEND A PRESIDENT'S DAY PROTEST AGAINST DRUMPF'S / TRUMP'S FAKE NATIONAL EMERGENCY

FASCISM. AUTHORITARIANISM. CORRUPTION. DISHONESTY. DECEPTION. GREED.
Characteristics of the drumpf / trump-pence administration and the supporters of drump's / trump's decision to declare a national emergency. THERE is no national emergency along the U.S. - Mexico border. This is nothing but a fascist inspired power grab that must be challenged and defeated by the American people and the U.S. Congress. I will be at the protest at Lafayette Square across from the White House at 1200 Monday, 18 FEB 19, click the link below to find an event near you if you are interested. Equally important is to take the time to e mail your representative and senators telling them to fight this illegal power grab by the drumpf / trump-pence administration in the courts and with legislation.

Donald Trump has declared a phony national "emergency" in order to fulfill his campaign promise to build a racist, useless, expensive, unpopular wall.

Trump's declaration is an end-run around Congress, the democratic process, and the will of voters. It is unacceptable, and sets a dangerous precedent that could be used to justify almost limitless future abuses of presidential power.

Daily Kos has joined a broad coalition mobilizing rapid-response events on Presidents Day—this Monday, 2/18—against Trump's fake crisis and racist deportation force, and to stop Trump's dangerous and illegal power grab.

Events will be at noon local time, or a time selected by hosts. There is one happening near you. Will you join us on Monday? Click here to RSVP.
