Marcia Eckman, 72, of Warren, Pa. died Tuesday morning, February 5, 2013 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 3, 1941 in Warren, Pa. to the late Marshall and Edith Eldridge Dahl. She was a lifelong Warren area resident and was employed with the former New Process Company in the mailing dept., retiring after 24 years employment. She was a member Hessell Valley Church where she enjoyed spending time with her friends. Marcia was a very family oriented woman, who dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to travel, was a huge fan of the New York Jets and especially loved former quarterback, Joe Namath. She loved spoiling her animals and gardening.
She is survived by her soulmate and best friend, Richard "Dick" Wadsworth of Warren, Pa., her children Jill Morley and husband, Jerry of Warren, Pa., Danny Eckman and wife, Maureen of West Middlesex, Pa., Darlene Hintz of Jamestown, NY, Dickie Wadsworth of Denver, Colo., 2 Sisters Sabra Ristau of Warren, Pa., Laura Greenwald of Las Vegas, Nv., 2 Brothers Elwin "Sonny" Nichols and wife, Marie of Tenn., Calvin Nichols and wife, Alberta of Lakeland, Fla., grandchildren Ashley, Chelsea, Alexandra, Logan, Donna, Jerry, Rachel, Kelly, Corrie, and J.R., Kyle, Shelby and Mark. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sons Lee Eckman and Herbie Wadsworth, and 1 Brother Butch Dahl.

Friends may call at the Hessell Valley Church, Hessell Road, Chandlers Valley, Pa., on Saturday, February 9, 2013 one hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. memorial service conducted by Rev. Nancy Schwanke, Pastor, officiating.
