Amazon + Trump = OMG! PETITION FOR AMAZON TO DROP TRUMP PRODUCTS 17MAR16

EVERYTIME donald drumpf opens his mouth he vomits stupidity, hate, ignorance, racism, sexism, prejudice. He does this because his wealth keeps him from being held accountable. Here is a chance to begin changing that. UltraViolet has started a petition campaign directed at Amazon calling on them to stop selling all of donald drumpfs products. Please sign the petition and share it with family, friends, coworkers, Democrats and republicans. We can defeat drumpf in the election booth and in the marketplace!

Despite Donald Trump's sexist, racist comments, Amazon is promoting and profiting from him and his brand.¹

The online behemoth sells Trump's line of menswear--even though companies like Macy's bailed on Trump's brand of hate last year.²

Trump is inciting violence at his rallies and spewing vitriol that white supremacists like David Duke love.³ So why is Amazon continuing to support the Trump empire? Many of us use Amazon, and the company has responded to our pressure before over the selling of sexist products. It needs to follow suit when it comes to Trump products. Will you add your name now?

Macy's realized last year that Trump's outrageous statements, including calling Mexican immigrants "rapists," deriding and objectifying women by calling them "bimbos," "fat pigs," and in one case, "a young and beautiful piece of ass," were bad for business.⁴ NBC, Serta, and even NASCAR have joined Macy's in dumping Trump.⁵

And that was before Trump said he would stop all Muslims from entering the U.S., before he refused to denounce the endorsement of a white supremacist, and before he started encouraging violence against brave protesters disrupting and even shutting down Trump rallies in Chicago, Kansas City, and Miami.⁶ Trump has gone so far as to say that protesters should be carried out on a stretcher, and he even said he would pay the legal fees of a supporter who was arrested for assault.⁷

Yet despite this huge public outcry, Amazon still directly sells Trump ties and shirts and allows its vendors to sell Trump campaign merchandise, including a bumper sticker that says "Trump that bitch!" and features pictures of both Trump and Hillary Clinton.⁸

Macy's did the right thing--but only after its customers and members of the public pressured it. And Amazon has listened before: In 2013, after UltraViolet members spoke out, the company pulled a "zombie ex-girlfriend" shooting target.⁹ Now it's time for Amazon to Dump Trump.

This Elizabeth Warren Takedown Of Donald Trump Is Going Viral 14MAR16

+Senator Elizabeth Warren D MA took to social media (facebook) to denounce donald drumpf's neo-nazi fascist (my terms, not hers) proclamations on the campaign trail reminding all Americans, republican, Democrat, independent, that silence is not an option for responding to drumpf. drumpf must be challenged to prove what he is saying is true every time he opens his big mouth, he must be told his racism, hatred, ignorance and lies will no longer be tolerated and unchallenged as free political speech. It is a sad commentary on the republican party leadership that they haven't endorsed Sen Warren's statement.

This Elizabeth Warren Takedown Of Donald Trump Is Going Viral

Liberal champion Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MASS) took to Facebook today to issue a stark warning to Democrats, Republicans, liberals, progressives, conservatives, and reasonable Americans of all walks of life, forewarning us against “staying quiet” for too long as Donald Trump descends even deeper into the dark wormhole of racial hatred and fascist fury.

Indeed, there is no virtue in silence. As xenophobic attacks against non-white Americans increase in frequency, open racism and violence at Trump rallies is spiking as white supremacists and bigots come out of the woodwork to assert their presence with misguided emotion and shows of strength, rational and reasonable Americans who believe in the values of tolerance and diversity that made our country great must stand up to defend all of our citizens against the threat posed by Trump and his rabid followers. Liberals must mobilize a counter-movement to show that we will not allow ignorant bigots and narcissistic buffoons to bully us into silence. The Sanders supporters who risked themselves and successfully shut down a Trump rally in Chicago made a powerful stand – we must build off of their victory and show Trump and the world that America will not stand for this kind of disgusting rhetoric.
