Dear Craig,
As we celebrate the freedom of fearless Captain Bethune this week, our celebrations are short-lived due to the reality of the situation in the Gulf of Mexico and the upcoming "whaling season" in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
We have been working tirelessly to prepare for these campaigns to save ocean wildlife. We have ships, we have strategies and plans in place. We have experienced crewmembers. All we need now is you! Your support is more vital now than ever!

The oceans are the lifeblood and foundation of our planet. In a world with so much disconnect from our roots to nature, it is extremely important that we never lose sight of our priorities. I will not stand by while the foundation of our planet crumbles under us. As a supporter of Sea Shepherd, I know you will not either.
Future generations will be directly affected by our actions during our time on this Earth. Please be as generous as you can today and support our ocean conservation mission, so that we can make a lasting difference of which we can be proud.
For the oceans,
Captain Paul Watson
