WAY COOL (LITERALLY), IT SNOWED, FINALLY!!!! 24JAN13

IT SNOWED OVERNIGHT HERE IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA / METRO DC REGION, maybe 2 inches, just enough for the whole area to turn stupid. Way too many accidents during the morning rush hour, school districts actually closed or delayed opening (the kids were probably safer not being on the roads at the same time as their parents) and the govt liberal leave policy kicked in. It is cold here, but not like the rest of the country.....
