GRAY GHOST VINEYARDS

Went to Gray Ghost Vineyards a few weeks back with my sister Jennie and her husband Ted. Katie, their daughter so my niece, was our designated driver (we went to five wineries that day, at the third Katie said something about feeling like she was baby sitting and not getting paid!!!!!). Anyways, Gray Ghost, one of the Virginia Piedmont Wineries in Amissville, was one of our favorites of the day. We could tell they have good people and good wine there because the place was full when we got there.  The people working there seem to really enjoy doing the tastings and were fun to talk to and the way they explained the different wines made it a fun experience. We really really like their Victorian Red and Victorian White table wines. They go good with everything and are good just for sitting and enjoying on their own. Grey Ghost is 11 miles West of Warrenton, VA, 14706 Lee Highway, Amissville, VA 20106 4226. You find that driving out there is well worth the trip. Enjoy!
